Marjorie Mary Taylor, beloved wife of Robert Taylor, passed away peacefully with family by her side on Monday, May 11, 2026, at the age of 90.
Born August 2, 1935, in Winnipeg MB. Marge was the daughter of Paul and Anna Yaroshko and was the oldest of three children. She grew up in Fort Rouge, Winnipeg and attended Kelvin High School and Tech Voc.

Starting a family in 1965 Marge became a devoted stay at home mother. Robert’s career with the Ford Motor Company took the family to Mississauga ON for 12 years before returning to Winnipeg in 1982. When Robert retired in 1989, they quickly became snowbirds in Springhill, Florida golfing and nurturing friendships for many years. Summers were spent at the cabin in the Whiteshell at Caddy Lake.
Marge leaves behind her loving husband of 64 years Robert Taylor; her two children, Kevin and Leslie (Donelda); as well as her only grandson, Taylor (Becca) with many lovely memories of their remarkable mother and grandmother.
She is also survived by her brother Bobby (Evelyn); sister-in-law’s, Marilyn (Alf), Diane Taylor, Diane Yaroshko; nieces, Lisa, Lori, Susan, Jodi; and nephew Bobby.
She was predeceased by her parents, Paul and Anna; in-laws, Cecil and Thelma; brother Bill and brother-in-law Kent.
Marge’s warmth and care touched everyone fortunate to know her.
Per Marge’s request, there will be no formal service. Take a moment to remember and celebrate the good times shared with Marge.
